Dear Anna,
I usually shy away from commenting on youtube videos with the limiting belief nobody will ever read this or god forbid reply. However I want to tell you that I'm 24 now and I started following your content when I was maybe 15-16. Honestly the last decade was a really rough one in my short 24 years of existence and your videos really did help in many different ways. Back then when I was suicidal, I was really grateful for your openness about your sister and how it impacted you. And as the years went by, I did follow lots of different content on self help and psychology and Jung etc.,
In the worst of times I couldn't read or listen to anything very in-depth or long, but I could always watch one of your videos and try and implement what you talked about. They're never too long, they're always clear, never too heavy, and your consistency really feels almost like someone checking up on you if you're alright. Anyways I'm doing much much better now and just want to say thanks.
This means a lot to me. Thank you so much, and I'm glad you're no longer suicidal

This has been one of my new year's resolutions. It's very difficult to get rid of these restricting thoughts that have been there for so long to say the least.

This makes things clearer when it comes to dealing with limiting beliefs.
This is generally very helpful, I don't feel the example though. If I went too deep into believing "I deserve good things", I would just get lazy and stop working for my goals, assuming that I'm already good enough at everything. For me it's important to remind myself that I do need to work on things to actually get good things sometimes - so I'm somewhere in between. But maybe that just means that I don't struggle with that particular limiting belief

I don't know how it supposed to work, when I try to imagine my future with those ambitions believes all I can see is being lonely, cause I didn't settle for someone who would settle for me. My carrier didn't develop at all cause I threw away what little progress I already had for big dreams that never become reality. I feel "I deserve good things" will only ruin my life.

Step 1) Identify the limiting belief and create a new, empowering one.
Step 2) Imagine the futures of each respective belief to see what serves you and what doesn't.
Step 3) Take action from the new empowered belief until you have the evidence to support it and your brain is rewired.

Feeling good about ourselves is one thing. Being able to perform at your level seems to me something else. It's quantifiable and genetic, immutable. Not just feelings, imo. Best.

Be careful with this. Thinking you deserve something you don't will only pave the path of bitterness and resentment. Reminds me of feminist propaganda and "manifesting". Self awareness is incredibly important but easy to ignore when you outsource your validation or happiness to and from others.

What could be an empowering belief to "I'm not intelligent enough"
Once you identify your limiting belief, it's also important to understand why you have this limiting belief in the first place. I would imagine you were fed information at a young age that you need to be intelligent to be worthy; worthy of speaking your mind, worthy of helping others, worthy of being loved, etc. I think it would be helpful to create new empowering beliefs like, "I am wise enough to learn from my mistakes. I'm always growing and that is all that matters. I don't need to prove my worthiness with my intelligence. I am worthy just as I am." Reprogramming your subconscious mind is a rocky journey but as long as you keep going, you will find the light within you and become the person you were always meant to be. You got this.
It could be, "I am skilled at learning whatever is more interesting to me." Or it could be anything that is more personal to you.
I am a good learner or I can learn anything I set my mind too
