    *Ingredients:*
    1 kg potatoes
    1 teaspoon salt
    3-4 tablespoons oil
    3 medium onions
    1 teaspoon sugar
    4 medium carrots (about 500 g)
    1 bowl of yogurt (prefer the thick part)
    2-3 garlic cloves (optional)
    3 tablespoons mayonnaise
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 cup frozen or canned corn
    1 cup diced pickles
    Half a bunch of dill
    2-3 tablespoons oil (for garnish)
    Half a tea glass of coarsely chopped walnuts
    1 teaspoon red pepper powder

    *Written Recipe:*
    1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly, place them in a pot, add enough water to cover them, and add 1 teaspoon of salt. Boil until the potatoes soften.
    2. In a pan, heat 3-4 tablespoons of oil. Add the sliced onions and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of sugar. Sauté over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
    3. When the onions soften, add the grated carrots. Continue sautéing until the carrots soften. Remove from heat and let it cool.
    4. For the yogurt sauce, mix 1 bowl of yogurt, 2-3 minced garlic cloves, 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Set aside.
    5. Peel and dice the boiled potatoes. Pour the yogurt sauce over the cooled potatoes. Add the cooled carrots.
    6. Add 1 cup of frozen corn, 1 cup of diced pickles, and finely chopped half a bunch of dill. Gently mix the salad without crushing it.
    7. In a pan, heat 2-3 tablespoons of oil. Add the coarsely chopped walnuts and sauté for a few seconds. Turn off the heat and add 1 teaspoon of red pepper powder. Pour this mixture over the salad.
    8. Your salad is ready to serve cold. Enjoy!

    *Tips:*
    Make sure to boil the potatoes until they are soft but not too much, so they don't fall apart.
    Use the thick part of the yogurt for a richer sauce.
    If you don't like garlic, you can skip adding it to the yogurt sauce.
    Mix the salad gently to prevent the potatoes from getting mashed.
    The roasted walnuts and red pepper powder add both flavor and visual appeal.
