However, I will say that the sentiment from streamers themselves seems to be that Twitch is easier for them to use. As in, it’s easier to start streaming there, and twitch promotes their streams better (obviously, as it’s the only thing they have).
Well the thing with recycling and environmental friendliness is that the vast majority of people are not really responsible for the damage down to the earth, it’s largely the massive corporations and 1% that cause the majority of the pollution and negative effects that are causing us the most problems and will further cause us problems. The average person won’t really be able to do enough to cause any negligible change, but by combating the actual major polluters and their practices, it can cause actual change
FACTS on the confidence>competence there's been so many points in my life that I knew the material or knew what I was doing but because of my carful personality people automatically are less trusting.
If we hadn't improved things in varying ways 10 years ago, 20 years ago, 30 years ago, we'd already have the ice caps melting and bits of land mass being lost. We've improved a lot, but so much more is needed. In probably less than 20 years, at the rate we're currently going, Toast will experience a lot of things very first hand. And FL will be gonezo :D

Confidence vs competence really depends on the industry. I work in manufacturing, and if you're incompetent you're just going to get yourself injured. If you're making youtube videos though, all you need is the confidence to keep doing it until one of your vids gets blessed by the algorithm.

Unfortunately, I came to accept through lots of inappropriate questions that the pay gap does exist. I work in the research field and I have a lot of people that move from academics to corporate and in both fields, there is a gap even on countries that have equality as a strong identity of their culture. Also the gap exists in both ways, especially lately there is an insane pay gap in entrepreneurship, where females lately get a much stronger starting payment. P.S. the way that the pay gap works is also very manipulative as well. Usually when you get a job in any field you will be asked if "X" salary is fine for you. Let's say the average salary in that company is 3300€, the female candidate will be asked if 3100€ is okay and the male one 3300€. Usually if you go for higher and they are willing to give it both will take the requested salary, but females will always start lower.
