you will need to use a plastic tool to separate them gently and if you get the small red parts as shown in video do not throw them away they can be used to prevent them or balance them again insert it and brake gently to have equal pressures the problem when you close without disc or block between one pad might protrude more and then you will get rubbing

what happens if i accidentally pressed the breakes, it said do not press, but i didnt see it...
You could have the problem that the break pads are not in place anymore, so that you can’t place the break disc in between anymore
