This is the best price cost for building materials on UA-cam because he doesn’t just give you a price from one store.. it’s comes from various so you can add them all together and do an average cost..

Paid for some cement in FULL but we didn't have them delivered. When cement price went up hardware told us we had to pay the difference 😒 a $50 increase per bag cost us tens of thousands on cement we already paid for in full.
What. Thats crazy. Better they charged you a storage fee. I would have ask for a refund and buy it somewhere else just for that.

These businesses are not joking! The cost of construction in thus country is scary 😨. Have you ever considered purchasing from Tankweld Ltd? I hear they sell certain items ...such as steel, at a more reasonable cost.

I have listened and came to Three conclusions (1)I am thankful that I am not building even a fowl house as I concurred with Mrs Hutchinson that it’s indeed scary.(2)Those who inherited a house should intensify their thanksgiving. (3)Every $ saved is so wise,it’s like a Relay,the 99 can’t reach the 100 without the $1.👍👏🙏.
Yes. Its scary but sometimes necessary to create the home you dream of so it almost always pays off. Savings of course helps to buffer the blow. We hope sharing how we save can help person get over the fear and see the possibilities.
