Classified Assigmants were introduced in a patch on May 14th 2019. Each Classified Assignment has collectibles and a backpack trophy to find which are well hidden. Once you finish the Classified Assignment you cannot do it again for a week but you do get a warning before you leave the area to ensure you don't miss any collectibles.
I will be covering all 8 Classified Assignments and will show the locations of all collectibles and Backpack Trophies in them. You must be a Season Pass owner to play this content.

Just as an FYI, the junction box turns the panel green @3:28. The gate to get here is just unlocked and can be interacted with any time at all. I know because I cleared out the entire mission, got down here as I was exploring (before I watched the video and saw the junction box), and was able to get to the keypad locked door, but not through it. I even missed the key on the body, got it, and ran back to the door with the keypad before watching ahead to the junction box and the panel was still red.
