Jinaat is a creations of Allah they live every where it's happens to me so many time i feel the same situation ... i live in saudia tou yahn main sara din ghr par akeli hoti & us waqt main namaz ki itni pabndi nahi krti thi jo log wazu main nahi rehty or namaz nahi parhty yeh chezain un par bht zaida hawi hoti or tang krti but jb say main ny regular namaz parhni shuro ki Alhmdolillah ab kbhi aysa kuch b nahi howa so yusra ap ek tou namaz zaror parha kare 5 times ki or koshish kiya kare k washroom jaty wqt b dua parh k jaye or sar par dupata rakhy ghr main or hr namaz k baad aytal kursi or 4 qul lazmi parhy ☺❤ May Allah protect u Be Strong👍
