My 4 year old condo has only 2 of 6 vents working - one is blocked with construction debris and 3 others have no duct work, the builder put up drywall without any duct work for 3 vents including my bedroom and the living room, in a rush to complete before occupancy. It is not covered by Tarion so my only option to have professional rip down my ceilings and do the connection and replace the drywall and paint at a cost of thousands of dollars. My bedroom is freezing. The builder is a major GTA builder with thousands of units built or under construction. They refuse to do anything. There was supposed to be a pre-board inspection before the drywall went up but I think during COVID that the city inspectors and the builder just went ahead without that step. I can also sue the city and the builder for what really amounts to negligence and a breach of contract, with HVAC not working,
@@SnowmansLands It would cost me $100,000 in real estate, legal and land transfer taxes to move to another condo. I think it might be better to pay $ to fix it and try to sue the builder, or shame them in social media. I can also sue the City of Toronto for not signing off the Pre-Board inspection or for signing it off allowing the drywall to go up before the HVAC was installed correctly.

2020
simple, fire the management and hire someone else that knows what they are doing.
That's not management, that's maintenance.
Get the board of directors to act upon replacing management to find better contractors to fix hvac maintenance issues.
lol the gupta group
I’m sorry, if you are going to complain on camera, please at least identify who you are. Otherwise , maybe don’t bother
