the concept of teeth in this MV came from one of the members, Yunah, getting her wisdom teeth removed. apparently in Korea they call it “sarangnee” (so sounds similar to “saranghae”) which means “love teeth” because they come during adolescence and hurt like a first love/first heartbreak 😂

Plus, the pain we feel when wisdom teeth grow is often compared to the pain of the first heartbreak. That's why in korean, we call wisdom teeth = love teeth or sarangnee
It actually means "love tooth", first love is the term 첫사랑 (chotssarang). Still it's connected to having your first love because they usually come out around the age (18+) you first come in contact with love and feeling the first pain because of love. It's such a cute term regardless. 🥰
