What and incredible voice and girl. I never get tired of this and other videos she has done. I love the PURE pitches she hits without any wobble in her voice that other vocalists make with absolutely perfect pitch. I heard an Ear Nose and Throat Dr say that it is her brain, not her vocal chords, that gives her that incredible voice. She has physically changed from the 10 year old on AGT to the beautiful young woman she is now. Her voice is so unlike all the other dime a dozen singers you hear with the absolutely pitch perfect notes she hits and holds without warbling, and the unbelievable high notes she hits. Her voice has not deteriorated from 10yo until now and likely has improved.
I still remember her first audition on AGT back in 2010. My dad, who is tone deaf and NOT musical in the slightest, came rushing up to me, overwhelmed with emotion after hearing this little 10yr old girl sing like an angel. A band kid in my senior year of high school, I was brought to tears. Still, 12 years later, Ms. Evancho is all grown up and still brings tears to my eyes every time I hear her voice. 🥲🥰
I remember that audition so well beautiful angelic. They used to have it on UA-cam and her Uncle. Matt is the one that wrote the song that she sang. But I cannot find it on you too, anymore. Prior to that, in 2022, she released an album of Joni Mitchell songs, "Carousel of Time", which hit the Folk Albums Chart at #1. In 2020, she gave 8 outstanding performances on The Masked Singer as "The Kitty" amazing everyone with a different vocal style, singing pop, country, pop ballads, Broadway and Soul Funk. No one guessed who she was.
