Usually offered in the standard version of 60 BPM (Bottles Per Minute) speed, our company also offers this variant with 120, 180 and 240 BPM in order to cater to your needs so that you can fast-track the production.
The additional option which can be provided in case your firm deals with such products that require multiple labels on the bottles say wine or beer bottles. In order to facilitate labelling on the neck and bottom portions of a bottle, our experts can customise this wraparound model accordingly.
Another advanced feature we provide to facilitate our clients is HMI Touchscreen Panel, where the user can feed variety of inputs for variety of products. Also, the operator can adjust the labelling speed for each variety. For instance, if a firm has 3-4 different-sized products, we have programmed our machine in such a manner that you can give a specific programme number to each type of product, say Programme No. 1, 2.
Later on, you have to just select the programme number accordingly and you're ready to go!
