What were the points you were targeting here with your acupuncture? ...and would they work as well if targeted via acupressure? Please advise as I experienced a nasty incident of PTSD that came on tonight that took at least a couple to few hours to subside and I'm not generally one who likes to take a lot of medicine or really any medicine at all.

It’s horrible isn’t it. Yes there are acupressure points, google it there is plenty of resources. Accupunture has changed my life!
