I actually love the luggage tag..lol..at last around the edges ..I just got thru texture hammering a smooth cuff. Will try the inks on it today..but I got to get the textured cuffs. Those are gorgeous!
Lol, I had watched a video on how to make your own inks, I started out with the gloves, couldn't do it. I have photos of my hands being Hot Pink... I now use Finger Cots for using the Inks...
If you spray with Krylon Kamar Varnish after drying a few hours it will allow you to seal them with most sealants. Personally use UV spray. Always use in well ventilated areas.
I seal alcohol inks with Liquitex varnish, I guess any water based/ acrylic base varnished would do. After the varnish I finish with a top layer of spray on lacquer, it won't cause runniing due to barrier of varnish.
Could diamond glaze be used on both gilders paste cameos and alcohol ink cameos? Also, I have just recently stumbled upon your videos and I find them great and very helpful
Does sealing the brass pieces stop the brass from getting a petina? In other words will the ink stay the color you want over time or will it darken with age ?

Torch painting with the inks are a blast... I like to paint small mirrors.
