- From January 6 to 12, 2025, 33 teenagers from three regions of Australia, including Canberra and Perth, crossed the seas to Chengdu. They learned Chinese, experienced traditional Chinese culture, and embarked on a cultural journey titled "Dialogue Between Ancient and Modern Civilizations: Bridging #China-#Australia #Friendship."

WTF, it looked to me only 4 or 5 Australian students of non-Asian descent. And they all got interviewed. You should be ashamed of yourself by discriminating Asian Australians, Hey Chengdu organiser.

@dongiovanni8899 It's pathetic to see so few white Australian students in this education tour that's one thing. The other is, the Chinese Chengdu education tour organiser looks to me boot licking of white Australian students is but disgusting. Mainland Chinese needs to wake up and show some cultural confidence in their own culture. Asian Australians are obviously interested in having their children to learn more about their heritage hence paying for their children in this education tour but they're being discriminated quite obviously in this video. May be it's the Australian school organiser the one shooting the video. Disregard what, they're obviously discriminating between white and non-white Australians.
@WillSan-e9n probably because many Asians in Australia are permanent residents but not Australian citizens. Most exchange students are selected according to school performance and Asians are normally top students, that's why few white Aussies🤓

Most of them are overseas Chinese. Few students from Western countries are willing to go there nowadays.
