Hi Rachel, I've been a consultant for 4 years, it's official, I got my congratulations card from the company and my director this week! I've always struggled in my business to get it flying off the ground, and I decided it was time for a reboot from step one! What steps did I miss, what did I NOT do so far to be successful... Here is your amazing video after all this time, thank you so much, it helps me believe YES I STILL CAN DO THIS!!! Thank you so much....
Rachael, thank you very much, for all this info i had been on MK 3 times and never get it. Now that i see your video i found a lots and lots and lots of mistakes that i did. I am not sure when i would come back, but i can tell you that in my heart MARY KAY has a very very special part of my heart. It has everithing i want for me, my special disable child and a lot of benefits. I am pretty sure that when i came back i will look for you and says THANK YOU RACHAEL, God bless you and God bless MARY KAY...
my NSD why!! was her desable child and just this month was accepted into Taylor University. Back then when she starded in MK she had three small children, and a special child that needed it a lot of care. my NSD name is Alma Orrostieta look for her in facebook
Rachael this is the Most Amazing Training I have ever come across! Thank you So Very Much for putting this forth! I shall be eternally grateful to you for this in depth video! Here's to Our Success! Thank you again! xoxo
M. Dominguez because everyone knows the pyramid scheme that MK is. you have to have as many people under you as possible, and make them buy inventory until they are in debt. and MK gets richer. but poorly educated and not very bright people just don't see it. that's they beauty of this scheme, for MK executives and their bank accounts :D
im actually the lady in this family i have four kids .... this is my husbands account im 30 and want to have big dreams with mary k at first they really do seem so far away but to hear all these positive insperational words makes me want to do big things .... once i get going i know i wont stop so wats my first step i live in bellingham wash.
I'm really appreciating your Mary Kay playlist! I haven't signed up yet (I'm currently saving up money for the starter package), but my sister is a Mary Kay consultant in Maryland, and I would love to start my own business here in Alaska (from my sister's business). The problem I'm encountering is the Mary Kay community here in my part of Alaska isn't very active. They don't have weekly meetings, that I can find, and the consultants I've contacted haven't contacted me back. Do you have any advice for me?
+kathryn b make a loan and STOCK UP THE INVENTORY. soon your home will have MK products up to the ceiling and you can donate them before their expiration date
Yes, get into debt! Your team leader will want you to order as much as possible because they get a commission. Go to Pink Truth and read about all the people that leave MK every year. Such a good opportunity and sdo many leave, why?
Yep! If its such a fab company why is there a turnover of hundreds of thousands of consultants? A few thousand may be last but half a million? Get out while you aren't in massive debt and still have friends because no one will talk to you when your hassling them to hold parties every fucking day. Get. Out!
That's how pyramid schemes work! Mary Kay's real customer's are the consultants themselves. They make you buy a crap ton of inventory because it makes the up lines money. Then you will be the one stuck trying to sell, and they could care less. That's why you always have to keep recruiting, to get paid from the inventory they buy, and so on.
@@LSSYLondon if you plain to fail you plain to fail. Don't let anyone tell you how to run your business. You don't have to have such a large inventory if you don't want to. You could start small and build your way up. Having people on you team is a plus but not a must. PINKTRUTH
@@gwenbrewer5625 And having no business plan is the surest way for your "business" to fail. Did your Director tell you that the beauty industry is the most competitive? It's not 1969. You're competing with Ulta Beauty, Sephora, Amazon, Macy's, Kohl's, Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, Neiman Marcus, Target, CVS, Walgreens, Marshalls, TJ Maxx, QVC, HSN, Avon AND all the other consultants in your area.

MK is nothing but a pyramid scheme for women with low self esteem. poor girls

Why would you want to recruits other people? Surly that's going to mean less customers for you?
