- Here it is! One of the worlds largest unboxing. This is the first Bugatti Divo in the United States courtesy of Miller Motorcars X Bugatti Greenwich. This world class hypercar is limited to 40 units for the world with only a handful coming to the United States. The day started with a flight from Paris to NY Newark where the car was off loaded, unboxed, and taken to Miller Motorcars for a pre-delivery inspection. This car scrambles my brain in every way. I didn’t think it could look any better than it does in that black and blue combination it was wearing when we all saw it originally. This car is oozing both beauty but also sculpted brawn. It’s rare, but not so unknown as to be overlooked or suspicious. The interior is fabulous and not hindered by anything that won’t age well. It’s packing a drivetrain with power on a level that, as well as a unique configuration, refinement and reliability that has no equal in the car world. In my book it must be considered seriously that this should be in the discussion of greatest car in the world.
Then again, there are so many cars…. 😏

I love the Veyron not a huge fan of the Chirron but this DIVO is so sporty looking and silver is my favorite color too.

@false prophet mohammed is a pedophile An airstrip is fine for acceleration but what really makes your day special is high speed recereational driving down an autobahn with its long straights, corners, uphill and downhill sections. That, and a track day to put the car through its paces in circuits such as Monza, Dijon, Spa, Jerez or Silverstone.
John Z whoever wants to have any sports-, hyper- or mega-car to blast down the autobahn as fast as he or she desires has probably never been to germany. it is mostly heavily congested and/or restricted and there are so many road works. just today i went from bremen to rostock. there are long stretches without a speed limit on the A1 and A20, but i could rarely go faster than 150kp/h (~90mp/h).

Drove 3 years ago all the way from Austria to the Netherlands and in that entire stretch I got 2 small “windows” to drive 250km (speed limiter) and the rest was cruising and or road works

@@landanhoward7208 I'm sure the owner doesn't care but the dude cutting the straps is most likely someone who works at the facility and could have easily saved the straps for a car shipment going out. As a business owner I see that as a dumb thing to lose money on. Those straps can easily run over $100 and if I can charge the customer for straps that I got for free then that's just more profit in my pocket.
Remember, getting rich is easy. Staying rich is the hard part.

This car looks so good it makes almost all the other so called hypercars look like Pontiacs. I wished they also showed how the driver got in the car through the crate.
theres a person sized door beside the car's driver side door. you can see it in the video (make sure you dont get confused with the shot at 1:10, thats the passenger side of the crate). you can see a worker open the crate door to get to the car's door at 1:06 and the very next shot is of the driver's side interior. so thats how the driver got in.

The Voiture is the most expensive & exclusive car ever made. One one was built, & it's over 28 million dollars.
The Centodieci is cheaper, at 13 million, & less exclusive with 10 built. It's a tribute to the 90's EB110 built from the Divo.

Wow, that colour choice makes the Divo look *dramatically* nicer than the default blue and matte black. I hate the default colour choice - this is a huge improvement and really does justice to the insane styling.
I loved that original color scheme but I will say this color combo makes this car just seem so so delicious and desirable. It looks so good hear and the fact you know what it can do it’s like… dang one can only imagine. I’ve ridden motorcycles up to about 180 (Ducati 1299 Panigale S) but never a car. I can’t imagine being in a car that nice. Some of the nicest, fastest, most technologically advanced bikes in the world still only cost $50k or less. The car world is so different.

How much would the biking equivalent(as much as there is one) of a Divo cost? Or, let's say a Senna instead, since that's focused on track performance and extreme driving brilliance rather than pure opulence, which adds a lot to the Divo's price for no real reason. I'm trying to say that there probably isn't an equivalent to a Bugatti in the biking world since so much of a Bugatti's price is based on the luxury of it all, so I suppose a Senna is a better comparison.

@@thesprawl2361 I appreciate your reply and love the challenge, even if I fail. You’re right in predicting that it’s a dense comment with rebuttals and questions that take a moment to work through. To the very first part, I will agree that in the $100k (and I’ll stretch it to $200k… since everything in the bike world is about a third to a quarter of the linked value of the associated equivalent in the car world - whether that’s practicality, overall R&D cost, sales figures or prices, etc….) you have exceptionally high performing, well-designed machines. The 911 (starting at $100k but of course easily going up to $200k) is a prime example. The NSX is another one. The C7 Corvette ZR1 and the new C8 Z06 are great examples. The Shelby GT350 and “”R. The R8 might be at the very edge of that. Not sure if the base price has exceeded $200k now but I believe most decently optioned ones would be. You have the Hellcat range and its derivatives. There’s a lot, but still nothing approaching an unlimited number of choices. Same goes for in the bike world. Your precision engineered, low(er) production, top performers would include the S1000RR M or the HP4 version; the Panigale V4R or Superleggera; the newest Fireblade SP (the RC-213VS would’ve been the best example of an ultra exotic bike had it been released in North America the right way. It was so choked and restricted by regulations that it only possessed half of its potential when it came to our shores yet still carried a $200k price tag). The R1 M is an honorable mention in this first part but I don’t think it cuts it and doesn’t seem too special IMHO.
Then, beyond that range you do have some ultra bikes. You _had_ and MV Agusta F4 Senna… but it wouldn’t have been a worthy contender to the McLaren Senna on any other measurement other than it’s name. But lately we have had some ultra MV Augusta’s on offer yet I’ll admit I forget the models specifically. To me, they’re forgettable… and none of them have really broken any new ground or dominated the front page of motorcycle news outlets the way some of the Ducati and BMW models have.

How have I forgotten Aprilia for this long?? The RSV4 has been a bike I’ve lusted after for a good while… especially when they made the 1100 engine standard. (I think it’s 1079 CC to be exact)… with 221 HP, was it? Anyway, that one is my jam… with the matte black, trapezoidal wings, and gold wheels form the factory (I believe that was the 2019 model).
So, maybe you’re right, this side of a Norton V4 SS/RR, about which the information is so vague and sparse that one wonders if any of them ever actually even got made… or some of the mega electric bikes out there now like the Lightning 212 or whatever it is… (however I will say that electric bikes… and cars for that matter.. don’t excite me one bit)… aside from those there really may not be any parallel equivalent to a Divo. I wouldn’t pin it on luxury, as you say, so much as I’d just say that, in every category it simply shatters that 1/4th to 2/3rds rule that I mentioned and becomes something so incredible that occupies such rarified air in every way, that you simply lose the ability to compare it to any of its distant two-wheeled relatives.

I had the pleasure to actually sit inside a Chiron on driver's seat (without driving it dough), and looking at the interiors, the cockpit, smelling the leather made me feel like I was in a shuttle or smthing. Cannot even imagine what it feels like driving it and listening to the engine roar behind you while it pushes you on the seat... the DIVO seems even better.
The engine sounded just like music - amazing tecnology nowadays.
