Omigoodness that is a thick planner! I prefer the 7x9 size... the calendars and notes sections in the a5 are just a little too tight for my taste. Plum definitely utilizes every inch in the most functional way.

Yes!! It is huge! I agree, they make the most of space. I love plum!!

I use the 7x9 mostly for the monthly calendar. I took our 6 months so it's easier to carry. I need the larger pages to fit all of our big family's activities.

Thanks for hanging out with me today & reviewing this awesome layout!
OK I’M DYING TO KNOW YOUR THOUGHTS!!
If I am the only one that feels the 12 month is too big than I will happily shut up & stop complaining!! 😂💗

I actually never considered doing a 6 month planner before! I might just try that. I have been using the plum paper 8.5 x 11 for YEARS because we homeschool and I use that for lesson plans as well as all family planning. It is ENORMOUS! And now I am looking for something smaller and easier to take with me. Thanks for the video! It was very helpful.

I made the mistake of getting a 12 month daily I. 7x9, and I also hated it. And it made me realize that I am more of a weekly planner. Great video on the comparison!

I had the 6 month a5 coiled hourly daily this year and while I loved it, I needed more space each day. So I ordered the 7x9 hourly daily but for 12 months! Don’t worry, I ordered it disc punched! My plan is just to carry the monthly’s and 3 months of dailies. The reason I ordered the 12 month is because I often need to schedule 3-6 months in the future!
When I am in a month, I clip the used pages to the monthly view so when I need to see the future dates, I can just flip back and forth!

Oh that is an amazing system you have going on! I hadn’t thought of doing that. The disc punch does allow for SUCH freedom! I have never been able to get into them (spiral girl here!) but I envy the flexibility of them for sure! Thanks for sharing. This may really help others trying to figure out their system. 💗

My planners stay at home. I actually love the chunky size and would love to see the biggest as a full year.

For a weekly like the PPVP, how many add ons take you from the smallest coil to the medium coil, and the medium to the massive coil? I’d like the medium size, nothing too large as it throws off the balance lol.

I'm not a daily planner but I love the A5 size over 7x9! I currently use a quad weekly. Are you planning to make any A5 monthly kits? Unless I'm mistaken, there is only 7x9 in your shop.

I love the A5 too! I am planning on releasing my February kit in both the A5 & 7x9 plum sizes! I just ordered the 8.5x11 & it won’t be here until the end of December but beginning in March I will offer my monthly kits in all 3 sizes going forward! 🤩

I would totally support you ordering a new one and doing a give away- just saying ☺
However, I am a Plum Paper Vertical Priorities planner. I honestly don't use kits as I like to use stickers and washi in creative ways like you do. I tend to buy journaling kit pages and deco pages.
I have enjoyed Planmas- especially the pen and marker tests. It is nice to know what others use and get ideas.

Hi Jill! Thank you so much! I am glad you have enjoyed planmas & just so you know, I purchased the A5 an hour ago so giveaway it is! 🤪
I have been brainstorming what things I want to offer in 2023 & I think I may move towards journaling type kit options!! Thank you for the feedback!! ☺️✨

One full year of daily pages is HUGE! I also made this mistake and I prefer an A5 Daily. But I've found I don't always use a daily.

Yep! My thoughts exactly! I was super afraid to post the video with such criticism but I am glad so many people agree! 6 month for the win!!

I use the plum paper daily in 7x9 but on a disc bound system. I had to get HP expander discs to fit the entire year. Eventually I took some months out as I enjoy using stickers and like closing the cover. Since I work from home It never left my desk. I’ve also used the 8x11 and for 2023 I will be using A5.

Oh you are a great representation of daily planners! Thank you for the insight! I just ordered the 8.5x11 daily just to get my hands on it & figure out sticker dimensions! 😊

I agree that a 12 month daily is way too thick. Who in the world needs an 8.5 x 11 daily?! Lol. That would be massive, even if it’s just 6 months. Lol.

    • @willowpaperdesign
      @willowpaperdesign  Рік тому +1

Yes!! I want to know what someone with the 8.5x11 size does & how they use all that space! Genuinely curious! 🤔💗

I've had both the daily 7x9 and 8.5x11 and I love them. I work in tech as a project manager and with all my meetings and projects I need a planner this size. Since I work from home I don't carry the letter size but I have traveled with the 7x9 and have had no issues. Again I love that these are thick and with my work where I need to plan ahead and demo having a planner that has all 12 months is super beneficial for me.

I leave it at home, but I use it as my homeschool lesson planner for my 5 kids. There are empty days and days I don't use all the space, but majority, I do. I like to keep notes on what was done each day, as well as a nod to a plan for the next day.
