Don’t throw away your broccoli stem!

In Canada we throw away 2.9 million tonnes of food every year, and with the price of food skyrocketing it’s important to utilize everything up as best we can.

More of these videos. Inflation is no joke, any ideas to make a buck stretch a little farther are appreciated. Plus, saving money on groceries leaves more money for buying knives!!
