I drove 1978 on my Motocycle from Cologne, Germany to India an i visited also Leh, the Capitol of Ladakh. To that Time, there was on the Mainstreet a lot more Trees. I visited also Tikse Gompa. But the most Adventur was the Jorney to that Place. Finally i rested on a Houseboat on Dal Lake in Srinagar. Stayed also in Sonamarg at the “Windrush House“ for two weeks, in the heavenly Vailly in Kashmir. Had a really good time there. John 3, 16

Friday, September 04, 2015. Great presentation of Leh, nobody has ever shown the city of Leh this way, patiently walking around the whole city. Congratulations!
Gaurav Kalra it doesn't touch india instead it nearly touches Pakistan. The border of two countries are separated by only a 10-30 km wide Wakhan Corridor.
Who ever uploaded this video is a very great person. You have undergone very difficult tasks while filming this video. Hats off to you my dear. I have, by sitting on my sofa in Mumbai visualised this hitherto lesser known nooks and corners of Ladakh. Very great full to you my dear. Keep it up. Love from Mumbai.
NV Kotian,, I totally agree with your comments about the above video, and I commend Keezi for his "walking" videos very much - it allows so many of us who will never have a chance to travel far, to witness places "as is" without adornment nor publicity, as if we were walking with Keezi. (And I'm trying to be "patient" with the occasional brainless and heartless comments...I just don't understand, but it takes all sorts to inhabit this troubled earth).
Loved this video. I stayed in a run-down old house near Leh Palace last summer, and I literally craned my neck to catch a glimpse of it as I watched this! But you turned the other way!
thanks for all your amazing walk videos. I'm old and I know I'll never make it to most of these places, even less now we're taken over by the pandemic... And as you walk, you show the places "as is"! in Leh's case, down the drain go my romantic notions after reading travellers or meditators accounts and beautiful photos. Lots of poverty, even drier than the town I live in now in the patagonian desert, and even more stray dogs than here... I better keep my thoughts to myself - and keep being grateful to you Keezi, for your initiative and work, thanks for sharing!!
true, imagine the experience one can get when watching such videos in 360 degree format in virtual reality headset..fully realistic and immersive experience that would be !!!

Nice concept... I had been there. But missed the streets with that deep touch. One can really roam this city by this video without alteration of the very essence.
Hey, I love videos from this region. I didn't know a lot before but I find myself glued to the videos. There is another one buy a guy from the U.K. who chronicled this area superbly. Anyway, thank you and keep up the good work. Small narrative would be ideal if you can but all is awesome .
another great video - if any complaint, it's too short! great concept - the slow walking allows viewers a reality feeling, as if we're doing the walking. Thank you!

It's refreshing to see that there is no graffiti in Leh. Apparently young people have better things to do than to vandalize their town. Also, the streets may seem primitive to us, but they are much cleaner, relatively free of litter such as plastic containers and other trash.
Me gusto mucho este video, especialmente los alrededores que se aprecian grandes montañas y también espero que no se haya golpeado fuerte en su cabeza cuando paso por el techo bajito.

Extraordinary. Its like being there but not being there at the same time. Couple of times I thought I was going to bump into someone. Other times it was like being a ghost. Really would like one of these magic carpets
