      Cheap case + 3D printed flat mount + epoxy: TrainerRoad has a How-to blog post or video on their site.

    "Try to get outside every week or two"? How about get outside nearly every day and enjoy your riding? Is cycling losing its way? I blame Zwift.

      Happy to say I had a successful DK200 with ZERO time spent on a trainer.

      This guy talks arse...I agree with the zwift thing....Cycling on the road and trails in winter will make you stronger.

      Well for a lot of people that live up north their training for the DK200 starts in the dead of winter. I'm guessing that's what he's referring to.

    Want the quick and easy? Ride your rides @150w then go balls crazy once a week on a 5-30min climb. All this new jargon in the science is just killing the enthusiasm. Most people will get burnt out. You've been warned.

      How many miles a week do you need to ride/train to have enough fitness for 100mi and 200mi? And for how many weeks? Thanks for any advice.
