Happy to say I had a successful DK200 with ZERO time spent on a trainer.
This guy talks arse...I agree with the zwift thing....Cycling on the road and trails in winter will make you stronger.
Well for a lot of people that live up north their training for the DK200 starts in the dead of winter. I'm guessing that's what he's referring to.
Want the quick and easy? Ride your rides @150w then go balls crazy once a week on a 5-30min climb. All this new jargon in the science is just killing the enthusiasm. Most people will get burnt out. You've been warned.
How many miles a week do you need to ride/train to have enough fitness for 100mi and 200mi? And for how many weeks? Thanks for any advice.
