This winter my gas fire has had a couple of faults , sometimes it is tricky to light the fire and when it does light I am very glad and relieved , it makes me appreciate this incredible reliable beautifully designed heartbeat and breathing which has never failed me through everything ❤️💪☮️

I am stupid. I keep making the same mistake again and again . Worry worry worry. Think think think. Like Atlas put all burdens of this world and my problems on my poor back. Then I listen to Prem say: "open your heart. Put your burdens down. Feel the peace within. Dont be scared, dont be afraid, dont worry, dont make your life so heavy. Just relax and enjoy the beauty within, that i have shown you and can again show you, because it is always there". But i forget and get lost and i am stupid enough to jump out of that safe ship again and again and again. I just had my cancer operation this week. Omg, i am so good in worrying and being afraid and so bad in listening to Prem and welcoming the divine in my heart. Yes i am very stupid, dear Prem and i hope one day i will be wise and fall in love so deeply with the divine within, that i stay clear, strong and walk a straight road. Straight to that beautiful silence, peace, stability, inside my soul, that i need so much, not only now, after my operation but always. Thank you so much, dear dear Prem, for not giving up on me and inspiring me again and again and again. Muchas gracias, my dear dear Prem, from top of Himalayas and bottom of Belgium, for not giving up on me , i hope one day, i will be as wise as you, or at least lot wiser, as I am now- Jos
