I was raised a Hindu, my mother had Jewish roots but they were hidden, and denied, not by my mother, and she fought against racism from the day she married my father. The world needs peace, love and brotherhood. The world needs an end to wars. Instead of walls of hatred being erected we need peace to prevail and for this to occur people of all faiths must join together.
I think we need to be taught humility when it comes to peace, and humanity, and love. Pride is a powerful sin that inflates egos and make even the strongest men susceptible to its temporary gains. I don’t believe there will ever be peace unless we stop playing victim, take control of our lives and grow up. It will be difficult, but putting those worry’s in the hands of HaShem will definitely help.

I think we need to be taught humility when it comes to peace, and humanity, and love. Pride is a powerful sin that inflates egos and make even the strongest men susceptible to its temporary gains. I don’t believe there will ever be peace unless we stop playing victim, take control of our lives and grow up. It will be difficult, but putting those worry’s in the hands of HaShem will definitely help.

أَن تَقُولَ نَفْسٌ يَا حَسْرَتَى علَى مَا فَرَّطتُ فِي جَنبِ اللَّهِ وَإِن كُنتُ لَمِنَ السَّاخِرِينَ
"Lest the soul should (then) say: 'Ah! Woe is me!- In that I neglected (my duty) towards Allah, and was but among those who mocked
أَوْ تَقُولَ لَوْ أَنَّ اللَّهَ هَدَانِي لَكُنتُ مِنَ الْمُتَّقِينَ
"Or (lest) it should say: 'If only Allah had guided me, I should certainly have been among the righteous
