2.More thinking doesn't mean overthinking . overthinking simply means if we tend to analyse past events and worry about the future to such an extent that we can't focus on a normal task thats overthinking.
Use stress diaries and journals so that we can bring more awareness to our daily experiences then we should write them.

The last technique is the 5-4-3-2-1 technique used to deal with panic attacks, but can also avoid the spiraling of anxiety. When you feel panic creeping into you, look around your environment and focus on five things you can see. After that, focus on four things you can touch. Next, look out for three things you can smell. Also, focus on two things you can hear and finally one thing you can taste. Take another deep belly breath to end and follow the 5-5-5 rule. Breathe in for 5 seconds, hold it for next 5 seconds, and finally breathe out for 5 seconds. This technique helps to distract your brain fromoverthinking.
Overthinking is very dangerous for our life. The best technique is 5,4,3,2,1 technique and 4a's technique..and make stress note and gratitude practice..best 😊

This is my day 12 of the challenge and what I liked in the book was that how we should be flexible as most of the times when we are rigid and can't go as per planned than we are tend to out ourselves into the vicious cycle of overthinking. But when we are thoda bahot flexible with our plans, targets it is easier to not overthink and kill the day.

1) Overthinking us the biggest reason of stress and stress makes you unhappy 😢. So do what makes you really happy 😊
2) Try to find out the reason of overthinking. See the thoughts while you are overthinking and ask yourself for help because there is no benifit in overthinking.
3) To manage stress try 4 A's-
(I) Avoid
(II) Alter
(III) Accept
(IV) Adapt
Show and tell what you feel. Accept your thoughts, failure, people as they are. Be grateful, be positive, be happy ❤
4) Make a stress dairy or start journal writing
5) Don't take anything personally because no one is perfect. So explore your without thinking about past, mistakes, failure or world 😊❤

Day 12 - Thank you Sir for explaining How To Stop Overthinking book. This what I needed, I am also overthinking too much. My takeaway from this book are whenever feel overthinking start countdown from 5-4-3-2-1 slowly. Set separate time to overthinking on things. Embrace the situation instead of overthinking on it and find the way to deal with it. Maintain stress diary to note down own feelings in it and analyse. Practice gratitude, set realistic goals work on it with positive mindset.

1) Today I learned a new proverb i.e A wandering mind is a unhappy mind.
2) 5-4-3-2-1 is a way to reduce overthink.
3) Anxiety is just not a thought rather it's a physical, mental , psychological and spiritual incident.

I think thinking for the right thing is okay, but if it’s negative .Then we need to stop it.
We need to see the thought and decide weather it’s necessary or not.
Lastly be greatfully every feeling and thought helps us to be a bold human.
Day 12:= (my personal review) i really like this book it give a great amount of information about stress overthinking and other problems...the amount of information given in this summary is amazing even the self analysis points about stress and how it effect us and its symptoms..even very small points are given in this...
