Thank you so much for this, what worked for me using your glossy cardstock paper was selecting the glitter cardstock cut option and selecting “more” for the pressure
I love this thank you for sharing 💕 i have seem to run into a problem when cutting out the image it is cutting larger then the actual image what am i doing wrong?
Wow! Amazing! Finally no mote slicing. I actually went and purchased a new 24 inch cutter just for this purpose. Oh well I can still use it but this is a sooo dope! Ty
This is awesome I do sublimation and never could of figured out how to print and cut on my Circuit. Thanks so much for this. Such a neat way not to have to purchase a new cutting machine. I was about to sell my Circuit and get a cameo
Thank you for making this video for us, however the photoshop link you mentioned doesn't work. Is there any other link or info on photoshop, as I have never used Photoshop and I'm new to this. Would appreciate your help. Thank you
Would I be able to do an image that is 18x22? But I want to crop that image to fit my printable vinyl paper size 8.5x11. So ideally I’d be using 3-4 pages. Hope I made some sense.
So I am just coming across this video and if I am trying this using a 8.5 x 11in paper how would i go about that? I am also using cricut with design space
Hi i love your tutorial very nicely explained, question i followed all you have said and it cut but its a little off is there something can be done to fix that?
Just try to line up your print perfectly on your mat and make sure you do not move the design on the screen once you click to make the project. This is best for things with an offset, because it won't be perfect, just a hack. This is why I use Silhouette for my print and cuts. Hopefully Cricut adds larger print and cut capabilities in the future.
Hello dear, on what basis do I adjust the dimensions of the image? Is it according to the size of the image in Photoshop or according to the size of the paper on which the image is printed?
Tape the picture or dowel? I printed on cardstock, placed it on the mat, sent to cut and added the dowel to the back of the cut out using a glue gun. (For the video, I may have just used tape for the sake of time).
@@PrettyPartyandCrafty , thank you. I printed on the card stock, and it cut perfectly. I didn't have to create the registration marks bought from you. Super grateful
sorry for the late reply. Michaels or Hobby Lobby. Any local craft store will have them. You can also get them from amazon, but they'll be more expensive.
thanks this helped me a lot but I have a question. I was able to do one print and cut successfully and it was my very first one, but now I can not get it to work right at all. like it seems as if the measurements are all off and I just do not understand where the problem could be. i watch the video over and over to see if I am missing a step and I'm not please help if you can !!!
It's hard to troubleshoot something I can't see. Feel free to join my Facebook group and you can share a screen recording to see where the issue is. facebook.com/groups/prettypartyandcrafty
The same method for each letter. Once cut I would attach the letter to a styrofoam sheet and trim the styrofoam with exact knife to make it sturdy for outside use.
When you upload image to DS and set it as a cut only (and resize it to its original size), when it's ready to cut, it cuts everything centered to the page, so the registration marks are a guide to ensure everything is cut. Again, this works best with designs with an offset, not precise cuts.
currently an epson r2000, which I need to upgrade. But any large format printer would work like the epson wf 7710. (I've converted that to sublimation)
never worked for me. not sure what i am doing wrong. using 11x17 and seting my psd file to 10.6 x 16.5 then centering the image, when it send it to cut on the cricut it cuts on offset. Do you trim the paper to edge of the markers? I was also thinking in trying your psd file.... i don't want to toss my circut lol
I'll be posting more Silhouette cameo videos soon. I have the cameo 3. Haven't upgraded to the 4 because I'm *patiently* waiting on the release of the 20 inch Cameo Pro.
Great video but had a quick question as to what would be the best measurements for A3 paper? I've tried the method of reducing by 0.5 but my Cricut can never seem to cut out the image correctly :(
You are a blessing. You saved me from tossing my Cricut Maker. Thank you so much!

Omg omg game changer!! This is so awesome! I hope it works for me I’m going to give it a try!
Put your dial on custom then select before you cut this should help now I have to learn how to make these
Great video. I'm excited to try this
You’re so smart!!! Thank you for this tutorial!

Glad it was helpful! But Cameo is still pretty awesome.

8x10.5
Do you have a video on how to do it on cameo? I have a cameo 4 and don't know how to use it
Thank you so much. This was very enjoyable to watch and you explained it perfectly. I can't wait to try it this weekend. Keep up the great work.
What printer do you use?
Great video
Could you take a picture of the app?I can’t find the one to download

What is the appropriate size for A4 paper?
Thank you so much! This was really awesome 🤩
You’re welcome 😊
Thank you for the video. I have a question... Did you tape the pick to the cardstock before sending it to cut?

This is perfect! I'm looking to do big letters and numbers for yard signs. Do you have any idea how this can be accomplished using your method?
The same method for each letter. Once cut I would attach the letter to a styrofoam sheet and trim the styrofoam with exact knife to make it sturdy for outside use.
Where did you purchase the wooden piece with center hole?
hobby lobby for the base and dowel. I drilled the hole in the center.
Great video! After printing how will DS know to cut the image?

Love it so 🤓
Great! Can I use more than one image to print and cut?
Yes, as long as it doesn't extend passed the faux registration marks.
Creative Boss Academy with Victoria Shari great! Thanks! I’m going to try and I’ll tell you if it works well 😊

you should set it to 10.5x16.5. No trimming.
Thank you for sharing, too much work sticking to the silhouette cameo

Wowww! Finally no more slicing.
Amazing! Thank you sooooo much!!
Hi, cm you do this using Inkscape?
Yes, it should still work as long as the measurements are correct.
This video is posted 3 years ago, how am I finding it now 😳😭 thank you sis!
I just posted an updated video. NO MORE HACKS NEEDED.
My photoshop cs5 does not have the option to save as a png...nor can i export....is there anything else i can do?
When you first start a new template for registration marks make sure you select RGB under color mode not cmyk, then it should save as a png
@@milesjames0324 I'm def trying that out when I get home..
Thank you..

What dimensions do you have the page set as?
8x10.5 I think that will be your page set in order to work. I will try mine. Hope it works 🙏
Hey I try it and the same happened to me. :( I am going to ask for help when hubby comes from work.
@@Msconfesor Did you select the shape tool and click? You can always click and drag to create your square.
Yes I did, it doesn't let me put the square in the edge it moves and the
.25 changes :( and makes the squares bigger
Thank you. This video helped me out a lot.
Sad because the video is blurry and it’s not working out for me.. this is hard to understand.
make sure your viewing is set to high quality/hd
Awesome video but I don't know how to use photoshop😭
You can do it with inkscape as well. Or come over to the Silhouette Cameo side😎

Where do you purchase the dowel stands?
