Technically speaking if you don't make any money on the animation (monetization and such) you can. However the only stays true until you make money (you can always credit to be nice as well) but you could always pay for a lease on (I believe this would be beatstars, it should be listed in the videos discription) it would probably be around 30 dollars for up to a specified amount of views.
