Its cool to see another engine using the tracks, im from keith and ive never seen the line used for anything other than the Keith and Dufftown railway. The keith station looks a lot different to how it does now
That sir, is a North East Scotland phenomenum known as angelshare, an algae that grows on anything that stands still! I pressure washed a load of it off one of our shunters recently.

Good Luck with the line,,, hope 2021 is good to you.
Sad looking 47 on that last trip 😫 Mk2
Narrator got it wrong. Thats mk1 and mk2 vehicles behind the 47.
A hunting McDuff lol.
Dufftown Glenlivet Whisky keeps popping in my thoughts. Lol
Nice sound the old Sulzer. 😀👍
Could've at least washed the class 47 before it took the tour/ last trip.
I thought it rather apt that the engine was in a condition that echoed that of the line...sad and forlorn...
@Bib the Boulder Fair point I suppose.
I know or even a quick repaint ?
What a disgrace that loco is for a "last train"! Also the coaches are mark 1 & 2 not mark 3 as in the commentary.
That 47 looks in a right state , is that oil plastered all over it? I dont recall ever seeing one as bad as that. it does not sound too clever either

Hope you can reconnect with Scotrail at Keith Junction
