    I just bought the light. 3 points: I was highly impressed with machining quality; The light seemed clearer than my other lights at 1150 lum torches; Size was bigger but I was surprised and satisfied with Kit components including the tailcap replacement rubber.
    It will be an asset for 3rd Shift Duty. Thank you Charles for videos.

      I'm following up after a few weeks.
      I love the run time. It backs up my WOWTAC BSS Version 2 [discontinued].
      I love the 21700 battery but it doesn't fit in my duel charger or a Nitecore 4 bay charger. Nevertheless, the C adapter is user friendly over micro.
      This torch is a great asset in the demanding environment I conduct duty. It's holding up.

    Update. I purchased this V2 Kit May 16.
    It has seen constant Patrol duty. Superb light for all night duty, large parking lots, warehouse. Long battery life over 18650. Pure crystal white beam with sharp edges but good food. Many great features! Tough

    I want a flashlight upgrade for my outdoor/adventure/trekking trips and I think this will satisfy my needs. UsbC is important, 1200 lumens should suffice, waterproof is important, nearly indestructible. I especially like the strobe mode, and together with a decent knife I think this would work well to fend of wild animals. Thanks for the video!

    When I saw this advertised on the Nitecore site I knew it was what I was looking for. Ordered one a few days ago and am very much looking forward to it! Will be a big upgrade to my 225 lumens Led Lenser M7 I’ve had for the last 10 years..

    Hello Charles! Great review as always! When it is on Tactical mode can you turn the light on from the side switch with an other brightness level except Turbo? so you can use Tail switch for turbo and Side switch for Mid or any other brightness level ? Or do they use the same light output no matter what ?

    • @CharlesBridgTec
      @CharlesBridgTec  4 роки тому +2

      Yes you can use the tail switch for turbo once you set it up. Thanks for watching!

    Does this light run the full 3 hours and 45 minutes on High like it says on the Nitecore store, or does the 1,200 lumens drop down at some point? Thanks for a great review.

    • @CharlesBridgTec
      @CharlesBridgTec  4 роки тому +3

      If you use a quality cell like a 3500mAh it will get over 3 hours but not on turbo, as for high yes it can. Thanks for watching!

    Very good flashlight no doubt, but why would they bring out a flashlight that’s so similar in many ways to their recently released new P12 ? It looks the same , has about the same output and runtime , uses the same battery, has the same features etc . Good review non the less 👍

    do you have the equipment to test them? lumen level, temp kickdown temp, battery life? are those things you check when they ask you to test it?

    • @CharlesBridgTec
      @CharlesBridgTec  4 роки тому +1

      Yes I have a lux meter, timer to monitor set down times which can vary depending on the temprature of ypur environment. I also have several battery tester as well to test mAh ratings of the cells. I post this info and screen shots in my Facebook groups. Thanks for watching!

    1200 lúmenes drop down like turbo in other modelos?

  • @jyesucevitz

    i know i'm talking apples and oranges here, but $80 when i just paid a hair over $90 for an Olight Warrior X Turbo (21700 battery included.) when you compare the 2 side by side its difficult to justify paying nearly the same price but spec wise and power wise the Warrior X Turbo is miles beyond the MH12. i cant fault Nitecore because i don't see anything wrong with the light. so is olight taking a loss while Nitecore is going for a 400% profit margin?
