Isn't it?! At first I was nervous to use it because it's really really thin but the nib just writes so beautifully that I got used to a gentle hold. Do you have one?
Thanks Julia! This is my first time inking a pen with Chou Kuro and I have to admit that I’m impressed - it’s even darker than my Tombow Fudenosuke (like how is that possible?!)
A button piston filler (you press a button down to fill the pen). Here’s my video about it in more detail: “Esterbrook Estie Raven with Button Piston Filler” ua-cam.com/video/PLIJyempER0/v-deo.html
What's up Carola! Yep I have that Chou Kuro ink and I enjoy it. I have not found a pen that I want to mess up and permanently ink with it yet. Have you?💜
Hi Rob! I typically use these types of inks in my Preppy or Kakuno (or similiar) and dedicate the pen to the ink. In this case though, I decided to use Chou Kuro in my Skogsy pocket pen because it's easy to disassemble and clean if necessary and it suits the pen perfectly.
beautiful collection thanks for sharing
That Raven by Esterbrook is a sweet stealthy writer, love it❤
I love Chou Kuro, it is the only black I use now. Great lineup for December.
I have to admit that it's worth the hype - it definitely is the blackest ink and something about it is so satisfactory! Thanks!
that ultra extra fine nib is amazing
