      Yes Tayang however since it does not have any preservatives I would recommend that you finish it in a week if not refrigerated 🙏

    In another video, u fried the pork first and then added the ginger/garlic later. Whereas here u did the opposite. Which method gives better taste?

      Eric clayton I think it should be fine but wont give the same flavouring. Will miss the lemony tickling taste...if possible try to procure else cook with regular pepper

    Are the sichuan peppercorn optional?

      Technically not however you can replace them with regular pepper corns.. flavour might be slightly different do let me know how it tastes 🙏

      Hi Binju!! The recipe is traditional back in the days when vinegar was unavailable 😊 Should last about a month but mine never lasts that long coz I finish it 😬

      No. The fat does the trick... however if you intend to keep it for longer time you can add but traditionally we don’t 😊do try it out and let me know

      Hi Mandira! Since frying in generous amount of oil dries out all the water in the Ingredients, Your pickle should not get spoilt however if you wish to you can sun dry it and also alternately you can keep it in the refrigerator. Ours never got spoilt so far but let me tell you that you will finish this particular in a week’s time so the probability is low 😜 hope this helps, do let me know if you need any help as I am just a message away and thank you so much .
