Since frying in generous amount of oil dries out all the water in the Ingredients, Your pickle should not get spoilt however if you wish to you can sun dry it and also alternately you can keep it in the refrigerator. Ours never got spoilt so far but let me tell you that you will finish this particular in a week’s time so the probability is low 😜 hope this helps, do let me know if you need any help as I am just a message away and thank you so much . Technically not however you can replace them with regular pepper corns.. flavour might be slightly different do let me know how it tastes 🙏
