YES! gut health, affects EVERYTHING. I had suicidal tendencies.... extreme mood swings, high anxiety and panic attacks, migraines.... etc..... and They (several doctors and councillors) wanted me to go on anti depressants.... 5 years of hell.... and then, finally.... one psychiatrist told me "no caffeine".... (that was when I was a teenager... ) .... (I'm 47 now).... I haven't had caffeine since.. (except for a few accidents - where I didn't know there was caffeine in the thing I was eating)..... it took many months to get over the withdrawal symptoms .... and to this day, I have strong cravings for chocolate treats.... but.... nothing like in those first few months.... all those symptoms I listed above (and more).... are greatly reduced now.... Sugar has a very similar effect on me, but not quite as intense.... and I'm really sad about this... but I think Carob (a great Chocolate substitute).... affects me too.... =( (in different ways). Anyway...... the point is, that I believe what you're saying is true.
Thanks for your help this was very informative. Hope we can get to the bottom of the issue soon. It's helped a lot. Thanks a million. Please keep it up. God bless you all.🙏👍
Thank you for yet another informative, interesting and relevant video. I always have multiple take-aways that help me help other people achieve more optimal wellness, much love! xo
There are an assortment of diagnostic assessments available that indirectly reveal the condition of the gut. The common ones include the IgG food sensitivity test, Comprehensive Stool Analysis, and GI Map test. If you’re not sure which tests will best meet your needs, it's best to consult with a qualified practitioner who can advise you based on your unique symptoms and health history. They will also be able to interpret results for you.🙏
