Key vault references from app settings to KV which allow only specific IPs and system assigned identity from function app (get, list permissions) - it is working sometimes and sometimes doesn't.... I have everything configured the same on 2 different resource groups and works on one and doesn't on the other...

Hi Adiu. You'll need to open them side by side and compare them. Drill down the resources from the resource groups all the way to the Function App containers and Function Apps. Unfortunately, without more information I'm unable to assist

@@MarvijoSoftware both were deployed by the same ARM templates. I also saw a lot of complains that people had to remove config and add it again and other strange stuff. I really think it was not a bad configuration but rather something on the Azure side. At the end there is not a lot to configure.
