It took the guy until February to find a home. He was homeless all winter waiting for a vacant home because these taxes still don't do enough!! Maybe higher taxes should be levied to homeowners who want to charge rents past $1 200 for 1 bedroom places. I mean all the people who make 6 figures+ still need a maid, or someone to make their coffee, or pump gas etc etc, if we make them work for next to nothing then we should at least make sure they have a place to stay!
