“For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.”
      ‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭2:8-9‬ ‭KJV‬‬
“Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:”
      ‭‭1 Corinthians‬ ‭15:1-4‬ ‭KJV‬‬
“In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,”
      ‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭1:13‬ ‭KJV‬‬
read the letters of Paul the Apostle to the gentiles (you & I) in these letters are everything God wants us to know for this current time period (Age of Grace). The letters of Paul written to the Church (the Body of Christ) are 13 in total. Starting in traditional order: Romans through Filemon start reading the letter to the Ephesians, Colossians, Philippians, all beautiful short reads full of Wisdom for you and your loved ones. In the letter to Timothy (spiritual son of Paul)Paul instructs him: “Thou therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus. And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.”
      ‭‭2 Timothy‬ ‭2:1-2‬ ‭KJV‬‬
You are that Faithful man who will teach others.
“But we are bound to give thanks alway to God for you, brethren beloved of the Lord, because God hath from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth: Whereunto he called you by our gospel, to the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, brethren, stand fast, and hold the traditions which ye have been taught, whether by word, or our epistle. Now our Lord Jesus Christ himself, and God, even our Father, which hath loved us, and hath given us everlasting consolation and good hope through grace, Comfort your hearts, and stablish you in every good word and work.”
      ‭‭2 Thessalonians‬ ‭2:13-17‬ ‭KJV‬‬

New York City Breakers were one of the best crews of the 1980s.Along with Rock Steady Crew and Dynamic Rockers, they led the way in US breakin.Powerful Pexster, Chino ‘Action’ Lopez,Mr Wave, Flip Rock, Lil Lep, Kid Nice, GlideMaster and Icey Ice, were an awesome crew. The sad thing is that a few months after this,Glidemaster was killed in a motorcycle accident, and the crew spilt up,probably as a mark of respect for a fallen brother. What’s also sad is that Rock Steady’s Crazy Legs, never seemed to give crews like this any credit. The challenge they had in BEATSTREET was watered down, and for the film New York City Breakers used the actor,Robert Taylor,as Lee,replacing Icey Ice.In reality this would never have happened but Lee was part of the story.I would loved to have seen a proper battle between Rock Steady Crew and New York City Breakers. That would have been a proper showdown.
