Learned the art of transitioning from Sarvangasan to Sethu Bandhadan with hips on palms... I tried to lift the hips with palms normally in Sethu Bandhadan with hips locked on floor. It never worked as the elbows usually diverge away from the hip😂 I liked the fluidity in the transition. God bless 🙏🏻 Keep going 💐
