Regarding your quarter life crisis - you've made some huge changes in the last year so it's normal to feel a bit lost and anxious when you've been distracted by so many things. It's your body and spirit's way of saying 'stop! Something is off, now reflect and correct it'. 'Different' is uncomfortable and sometimes staying still and in one place/environment is different but necessary if you want to achieve certain things in life e.g., growing your family, caring for parents and maintaining friendships. The sooner you check-in with yourself and make changes if needed, the sooner you'll feel more balanced. 😊
