I have jetstar flight connecting with qatar. Yes, they transferred my bags automatically cause the ticket booked in one PNR. I checked in a bag at first in Jakarta and i didn't check in anymore after that.

This looks very similar to the A350 flight I enjoyed with Cathay Pacific.
3-3-3 on the A350 is such a difference with 3-4-3 on the B777.
