Why can't we edit this terrain? Like why can't we texture it, add trees, grass, roads,... I tried it but unity doesn't allow me to do it, they only allow that I can edit my terrain only when I click make flat terrain and go all by hand... but this terrain party is saving time...
WHAT you do Unity Stuff to. I used to watch all your fusion videos back when i was just a noob and they saved me!, This is going to make unity easy! Thanks man,!
Do you happen to know of any sites that are good for smaller-scale heightmaps? I'm trying to get the heightmap for a local park. Aside from needing extra steps to remove everything but the given area, the height map for smaller sections of the greater area also seems to be a bit inaccurate.
Did you ever find something for this? When I need height maps for smaller scale areas (1-2 mi) I've just been mapping with a drone, but I would really like use something online that is easier to produce.
so, silly question, i notice that there is a blue indicator as well as green outside of that blue, the blue one is for dragging the box correct? while the rest are the ones to cover the area? please correct me if I'm wrong. thank you for this tutorial as well. hopefully you can make more series in regards to archipack pro as well :))
I loved this tutorial but it totally did not work. After I hit the "create" button, it brought in an image I could not use or REMOVE, neither could I reset the toolbox parameters back to their original values.
Awesome! Funny how everybody goes a step further than I would like to learn (I just need the 2D contour map, no 3d representation) But I dig your style. If you have any idea how I can convert the greyscale heightmap into a colored contourmap, that would be appreciated. Thanks!

Is it possible to export a map size below 18 km?
my heightmap looks black
Can I make it work on a sphere?
great tutorial man thanks.
Your 1980's style radio DJ intro always cracks me up! Great clear video.
This is actually a great way to build instead of getting lost in the terrain programming
Best tutorial so far - straightforward and no hidden products/platforms! Thanks!

Just want to shout out, Justin you are the best!
best tutorial
I think you should subtract min height from max height, the difference is the right height of the terrain.
What a great tutorial! For real, it helped me so much! No trashtalking, just facts :)
thank you so much! you really helped me!!
Noob here; is it possible to pull in a height map of a whole country into unity? (instead of a tiny peace of it)
no
Thank you for your tutorial, it really helped me
Glad it helped!
this helped me a lot
Great video! question, is there a way I can script the terrain tools to read a .asc or .tif file? and create a tiled world? I'm using real world data
Cool thanks
downloaded the png heightmap, but it comes out all white. Help please
