Elsie has a very comfortable and natural charisma on camera. She has a great feel with the type of humor and comedy GG does, too. I hope she continues to study comedy and improv, because she clearly already has a very strong foundation naturally--and she only needs time and life experiences that anyone would need to add to their information house at that age.

I'm going to guess 5-10 more years before they go more behind the scenes, they might go longer and prove me wrong, but I get the feeling they'll at the very least make more segments and I would not be surprised if they tried to get someone like Finn to come along to host a new regular segment like Steam Train. Someday Arin will have a kid potentially, depending on if he wants one, which I think he wants a girl if I recall. That'll make less time for grumps. Danny seems to be a lone wolf, he'll probably take over it someday and have someone else, with Arin in occasional segments, maybe. That's my Grump forecast, I'm interested to see what happens.

You can tell Elsie was really nervous to begin with and just wanted to impress the boys and be cool. And you can really tell how comfortable they made her immediately and I love that about them.
Elsie Fisher is my favourite guest they've had so far, her humour really melds well with them and she's really funny in her own right.
