Even accessibility for transit is needed in industrial areas like in Ottawa. I don't own a car and want to get a evening job that can lead into overnight/morning. Many of these jobs are located in industrial areas where most companies are located.
Transportation is very poor in the western world. It is too car centric and cab/uber centric.
It would help with less congestion, less accidents (being tired from work), etc..

This study calls for another study, and then a follow up report to another committee.

People riding a bike to attend night shift work are risking their lives like delivery app bicyclists when the roads are not well lit and many drivers are probably sleepy inching to get home.

The Rule of thumb when taking the Bus when the Subway's off: To always leave yourself a Backup Bus in case something happens! The Downside... u sometime gotta arrive 1 Hour in advance for work!! It is what it is!!

Why don't you buy it for them ? 😂 What is it just about $35,000 , for a decent car (without taxes) ? Be a generous person and buy a few people the cars so they can travel to and from their mininmun wage jobs more easily (unless they travel during rush hour and get stuck for hrs) . While you are at it, why don't you just go ahead and pay for their insurance and fuel price(monthly fuel expenses are equivalent to monthly bus pass, if not more) ? 😂 Or are you just only able to make jokes in YT comments ?
