Do you mean the regular penny sleeves or the premium ones with the Naruto designs? Those are only available in the various gift boxes but you can probably buy them separately on AliExpress. The clear penny sleeves I use are from Amazon - Vault X Exact Fit Card Sleeves (63mmx88mm - 60 micron thickness)

Not sure if you’re being sarcastic and maybe this is a joke going over my head 😅 but they are legally licensed cards, they’re literally approved and licensed by Pierrot Studio to Kayou. Don’t get me wrong, tons of unlicensed stuff out there, but not these.
