I was set on a Mazda 3, but then I saw this today in person and it's lodged in my mind.
It looked really good in real life.
I really like how detailed Bobby is in explaining cars, I can’t find the 2nd one as good as him. 🤘🏻

Good review, Bobby! 👍 Initially, the FE didn’t attract me but it has grown in me a lot! Inside and out, very nice! The specs are brilliant! Performance is class leading! Just one thing, the rear lights design could have been made nicer. Design preference is subjective but for me, I still have the opinion of the rear light design could have been made in a different design. Jeff, congrats! In this age, your achievement is very good! 👍 All the very best ya! 👍
Still come with lanewatch but only one side which is left while there are still no blind spot monitor, rear cross traffic alert and around view monitor, no temperature engine meter, no full digital meter and no dual zone automatic control but come with one zone aircond control

class leading for sure (as an overall package, since mazda 3 still handles better) but hopefully honda malaysia solved all their spare part issues + the usual problems with the FC like steering rack, driver seat motor etc
Mazda 3 has a mind of handling that only the really experts appreciate. But average out confort and easy to drive and steer and have fun, the Civic actually accomplished more than mazda 3's single focus on one aspect. :) And the mazda 3's good isnt on the same comparison line as ford or civic, it's just unique, like Megane. But if you were to ask me which is better by far in handling, it is Ford Focus

Honda Melaka QC is still poor. Even last batch of FC still has steering rack issue. Honda CBU from japan is better than CKD melaka units. Not sure how Honda Managing Director can accept this.

the whole car sits too low for my liking..the hip point is just too low I feel..older demographic defiantly will not enjoy getting in and out of it..but overall looks great IMO...which makes me think...the dimensions make the Accord a bit redundant at this point no? C segment as big as last gen's D segment...
From what I can notice, the infotainment still have a very short delay(0.5s) every time you press a button.

Inaide out it has the premium look compare to ketam
But downgrades from full digital meter with temperature gauge to half analog digital meter without temperature gauge and also from dual to single zone automatic control, using poor resolution LaneWatch camera but not having blind spot monitor, rear cross traffic alert and camera parking system like in other countries where Civic have. Even E spec also downgrade from front fog lamps and from 8 to 4 speakers from Civic Ketam 1.8 S

@@BobbyAngmalaysia Thanks Bobby! Glad i made the right decision as ultimately I prefered driving experienced more than anything. Sadly there is no turbo charge. Initially thought of getting the A250 but end up ordered the Mazda 3 High Plus liftback soul red since Feb 2022. Still waiting as there told me the next Mazda 3 shipment will be in Aug due to short of parts in Japan.

I believe the altercation begun after ur critics towards their civic fc cvt vs previously honda accord auto..don't worry bro, u got our back as fans n thumbs up to u for being honest, maybe bcoz they feel they r no.1 car brand in this country so they could be cocky~ i also own honda, n their reputation in ckd workmanship n qc r pretty bad so they should accept n improve it, not to mention the design fault of their turbo engine dilution prob which requires fully synthetic oil to be changed even before 5k while its intended for 10k interval supposedly~

Honda Msia civic 2022 has so many problems displayed on fb driverw group namely honda sensing detecting honda cars and ketam brothers and go berserk. Door clusters that drop out, peely willy rubbers at window and pillars. The CKekD is still there. Then the cheap instrument clusters that US and Thai dont cheap out on.
Its a car honda fans buy. Then justify their purchase by talk and sulk on mazda 3 drivers (Asian beemer, wannabe mazda premium) yada yada.
They did, the generation before and after FD were craps
