i feel like boosfer is one of those people that has like a "pro" switch that he only turns on when he's the speedrunner

More like the people in the recording group consciously tone down their skill when they are the hunters to avoid unnecessarily prolonging the recording sessions.
I think that is just because he is really good at speedrunning. They all have their own strengths. That's why boosfer is one of the best speedrunners during manhunts in his friend group but he got last in his MCC team.

I’m literally playing pvz while watching this and I thought my headphones were connected to my pc because of the music
My suggestions for future twists:
- Manhunt but there's no natural health regeneration (for both hunters and runner), so you can only regen health with potions, golden apples, or suspicious stew (or beacons but I don't see that happening any time soon) . just a tip - start in a biome with mushrooms so you can make suspicious stew with an oxeye daisy.
- Manhunt but each time I kill a hunter, my health decreases. You start with 15 hearts and each time you kill a hunter your max health drops by 1 heart.
- Manhunt but PvP is turned off (you all have permanent weakness 1000), so the only way to kill each other and mobs is with lava, bows, fall traps, tnt, beds, ext... (looting a bastion sounds like a nightmare)
- haunted Manhunt - both the hunters and the speedrunner have permanent invisibility (and you have to kill the dragon)
- the classical manhunt - just a regular manhunt with no twist, but you use classical music throughout the video ;)

- I think it could be interesting. Very hard on the speedrunner, but if he does manage to win it'll be a really good video, with lots of tense moments.
- I want it to be a debuff. I want yellow to plan traps in advance and have to think on his feet. What this twist also does is make the video gradually more and more intense the further he progresses.

- About the invis one, I think while it would probably be very annoying, it won't be too bad for the hunters because they do have a compass, and eventually you will want to get armor (cuz mobs can see you from a 5 block radius when you're invis). As the speedrunner you could also develop tactics to deal with the hunters, like shooting them (and then you could see the arrow stuck in them)

Examples:
Cooking a golden apple gives an enchanted golden apple
Cooking an enchanted golden apple gives an OP enchanted apple
Cooking cobblestone gives bread
Cooking wool gives blocks of similar colors. So yellow wool cooked gives gold blocks, light blue wool gives diamond blocks, dark grey wool gives netherite blocks.

5th Villager is a Farmer, it's Composter not Air/Barrier, and for the last one it's accurate and it's class is "NitWit"
a sharpness 5 gold axe only does the same damage as a stone axe if both crit otherwise it does half a heart more additionally, a gold axe has better attack speed

like you tunnel throught the ground by minecart by simply steering it like a car and every block breaks in a 3 by 3 around it.
or you can get launched up in the air and float down in any direction, or so called fly by basicly steering the minecart midair on invisible rail aka air blocks.
