Yup. My rent has gone up from 1185 to 1364 for a studio and it doesn't include utilities 🙄 I can't tolerate paying more for another year with noisy inconsiderate tenants. I'll be calling to view my options on rent elsewhere or getting a condo. My intention is to get a condo with no one living above me 🙏
Those who bought in 2004 2005 2006 2006 2008, should have rented. If anyone does not willing to admit that then they're up to something. These 2 guys who make their living in real estate are definitely up to something.

Tip from a 31 yo with 3 kids oldest is 14. Rent until it crashes. Rent cheap. Live below your means until you don't have to. Ittl go by in a few years and you'll have money saved up to put down a little on a reasonable home that may need repairs. You should have used these years to learn trades and skills to save even more money over your lifetime. Ive noticed people waste more money on things I could have fixed on my own. Learn shit. Be semi self sustainable. Teach your kids life lessons. That's the greatest home/family in the world. The richest people may have money but they usually don't have any real skills and live the most miserable lives.

Oh my!! October 12, 2022, Dannie Mae downgraded Q2, Q3, and Q4 to NEGATIVE growth for house prices. Fannie was one of the "experts" that Dave quoted saying housing FOR SURE was going to continue to go up. Nope!
