There's 1 story about Krakow what needs to be told. In the 70s I make, as a young art student, dozen daily trips from Warsaw to Krakow. There's a place , really hole in the wall , locals called this MAMIS'KAS'. Was this woman who run , in communist Poland ber in mind, lunch and dinner from her apartment. . Now ,the line was a mile long and meal cost 5 ZLOCKI. I was fortunate to eat in top 5* Michelin Restaurants all over the planet, but nothing compared to meals from MAMIS'KAS'
I don’t know why you are giving Multi-National Companies (Like the Hop-on/Hop-off Bus Co) a free plug. This is a Comany that has its buses all over the world, so not sure why they need the extra advertisements. Why not Highlight the Suburb of Nowa Huta (New steelworks) ? This town was Designed by the Communists, with a central square; where an obelisk ( of Lenin I think) was meant to be placed in the square. There are Tours run in real Communist-Era vans from central krakow to Nowa Huta.
