HP Designjet T130 failure

I had the hp tech come out a few times. She ended up having to take it back to her place and replace the star wheel assembly. Since then it works fine. I just printed a few banners 20 min ago.

Hello did you figure out the problem I'm dealing with this now I know it's been years since u posted but I need help

The service technician replaced the metal rail and roller. Make sure the paper is lined up on the line, not all the way to the blue holder

I wouldn't trust HP with anything nowadays.
