LUCKIEST CATCH EVER! | 6.6lb Papio on live Hinalea

In this Saltwaters Hawaii episode, I went fishing on the reef and decided to bring a heavy pole. Definitely one of the luckiest fish l've ever caught. Hooked this 6.6lb Omilu sliding Hinalea.
When I got to the pole, it was super stuck, couldn't even reel in an inch of line. After around 3 minutes I noticed the Omilu right at the rocks! I guess it decided to swim up the line right to me😂

For that place in the late afternoon that’s a real good papio. Most good hits happen really early in the morning there. Be real careful with that bleeding fish I’ve seen some real big eels there.
