Putting transmutated flame pillar in C tier is a crime
it's way better the normal one, fixed mana ( no need to keep clicking and take dmg
higher dmg in few seconds which make her combo easier and faster
Also can be used to skip zrigala rage phase

thank you for your opinion, I gave tier A because not everyone uses this skill, even though this skill can be used when switching or when hit by an attack, but in my opinion it's almost the same as without runes, and to be able to fill ammo in overdrive mode I'm just afraid it's very works when there is a rune burst so that the skill CD is easily reset.

I was able to get 3 exchange coupons for free. Regarding your last question, in my opinion the winter costumes don't really provide strong buff as the attack speed only lasts 10s and you have to keep switching. So only get them if you like their look.
Plus after you switch you may want to use passives or skills first which wastes the buff
Yup i agreed with that,In my opinion, the passive effect of Christmas is not that good, after all they have given 3 free coupons, so it should be enough in my opinion. but if you want to buy for collection/style, maybe it's worth it
Ignite and flame pillar are op when using elze/edna combo although i guess opinions do matter but it doesn't deserve to be in C tier
