One of my neighbors was out at his field one day, and I stopped to say hello he was very proud of his acreage. I looked at it and nearly cried. It was solid clay, totally dead, and it had been tilled while wet, so it was nothing but fist size clods. Just about as fertile as the moon. He saw the look on my face, and he said "That there's good soil. Just put enough fertilizer on it, it will grow anything." I answered "The same could be said of water." He got furious, and has not spoken to me since.

i seen with less tillage when we plant new crop has less vigor what could be reason??

I think you are too harsh,
Is this helps in mitigation green house effect.... Crop residue remove by this.
