Evening Carrie! Looking forward to learning your gardening methods, Lord knows I need help. I just learned today that ppl can pick up free used coffee grinds for your garden from local coffee shops! I look forward to your variety of ideas you share, maybe Coffee Time Monday, Tea time Tuesday, cooking wednesday, gardening Thursday and crochet Friday 😅😂

Your meal looks yummy. In Mexico we call those carnitas and they are good. Carne asada is usually grilled meat, which is the translation- meat (carne) asada (grilled)

I have started growing cilantro in the fall and spring rather than in the summer. It bolts to fast. I have let mine go to seed and saved seeds and that has given me some amazing plants now. But, they like the shade or early morning sun. i know that doesn't sound right, but I am doing it and growing very beautiful plants. I have mine dehydrating right now for the year. Spinach is another one that I have problems with. I have just about given up on it, but a great spinach substitute is sweet potato vine leaves. The cicadas are still terrible there I hear. I'm so sorry you have to listen to that. So far they have not made it to where we are at. Praise Jesus for small favors. Have a great evening. See you on the next one.

The green bean seeds you used for French cut green beans, do you cut them length wise before canning?
