Your meal looks yummy. In Mexico we call those carnitas and they are good. Carne asada is usually grilled meat, which is the translation- meat (carne) asada (grilled)
Yeah I messed up on the name in the video, however the recipe is written correctly
More good information. Thanks. 🙂
Your welcome
3njoying your videos! Looking forward for your crocheting as well, my grandma taught me, we also did it in Home Ec. I was wondering how you freeze. tbe kale, I have a lot soon. Thanks ❤
Basically I wash the leaves, dry them and store in freezer bags remove air as I seal it shut and freeze.

I have started growing cilantro in the fall and spring rather than in the summer. It bolts to fast. I have let mine go to seed and saved seeds and that has given me some amazing plants now. But, they like the shade or early morning sun. i know that doesn't sound right, but I am doing it and growing very beautiful plants. I have mine dehydrating right now for the year. Spinach is another one that I have problems with. I have just about given up on it, but a great spinach substitute is sweet potato vine leaves. The cicadas are still terrible there I hear. I'm so sorry you have to listen to that. So far they have not made it to where we are at. Praise Jesus for small favors. Have a great evening. See you on the next one.
Love this tip and I have a good spot worth this condition gor cilantro. Yes these darn things wont leave us lol.... one day we will have peace again.
I have a big pork loin that I use part of it for this recipe.
It tasted really good
The green bean seeds you used for French cut green beans, do you cut them length wise before canning?
Yes of they are to long, I just cut them in half and add to the jar.
👍❤️🌹
