Moved from VA to FL and had a 10yr business but was non-contractual as are most service companies, had to get inventive as no bank would finance that sort of business so I recruited and trained a sub to transfer ownership over after a set time. It's worked out great. Not sure if you are looking to relocate but it gave me the seed money I needed to restart without walking away or having the stress of managing a buisness from a distance.
